Actually, it's kind of tolerated like it is the case in Germany. I used to ride close to Hannover in the so-called Deister. Once in a while, some guys (e.g., hunters, rangers, loosers) destroy the jumps. Somehow, you have to get along with those guys, that's just how life is. The video you commented displays a so-called "GR", i.e., "Chemin de Grande Randonnée". As it is made on the first place for hikers, we just build very small jumps on the side of the main track. For big jumps, ladder drops and road gaps like in other videos we have our own private spot.

hey, i checked some trails and nice spots in the teutoburgerwald, the whole monday. next time i´ll head to schopketal when i go there. i had fun although a lot of jumps drops had been destroyed, the ground is sandstone and less rooty than the deister so really fast. no crash
and i didn´t loose my chain anymore. unfortunatley i had no cam with me...
